US Shipping (Contiguous 48 states)
- Your safety and health is most important to us. Orders may be slightly delayed due to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME FOR NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
- We offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $75, or $10 flat rate standard ground shipping on orders under $75. PLEASE ALLOW 4-7 DAYS FOR GROUND SHIPPING.
- Orders for Non-Personalized products placed before 1pm EST will be processed within 2-4 business days.
- Orders for Personalized Items (Cheese/Serving Boards & Glassware) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Please allow 4-7 days for Ground Shipping. Transit time dependent on ship-to address. See map below for approximate transit time by state.
- Expedited Shipping - Fedex 3 Day Express & 2nd Day Air options may be available on orders. Be sure to check the Shipping section during checkout for availability. Note all orders received before 1pm EST will be processed within 2-4 business days. We do not ship on weekends.
- Note: Fedex 3 day select is delivered within 3 business days once shipped. Weekends do not count as shipping days. Available for all 50 states, (Hawaii to/from Oahu only)
- Note: Fedex 2 Day is delivered within 2 business days once shipped. Weekends do not count as shipping or delivery days. Excludes Hawaii & Alaska
- Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes

- US orders over $75 ship FREE via standard ground (4-7 days)
- US orders under $75 ship via standard ground for $10 (4-7 days)
- Expedited Shipping -- costs will be shown at checkout as rates depend on order size & ship-to address

We gladly accept returns for any non-personalized product ordered on sophistiplate.com within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Before you ship the return back to us, please note the following:
- Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. Please include the order number.
- Make sure to ship the contents in a sturdy box (not a padded mailer or paper envelope) , as damaged returns cannot be accepted.
- Please use a shipping service that offers tracking numbers.
- Once shipped, please email us your tracking number, shipment details, and order number to email@example.com
- You may ship the returned item(s) to us at:

- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after the merchandise is received.
- Items on clearance or promotion at time of purchase are not returnable. If these items are returned to Sophistiplate we will not be able to provide a refund.
- Personalized items are not eligible for returns - see more detail in our Personalized Items return policy below
Because each personalized item is custom made to order per unique specifications, we cannot accept returns for these items. However, if your personalized item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of the issue and include an image of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we will send a pre-paid return label and replace it at no cost. In some cases, we can accept a photo of the issue rather than requiring a return.

- Please report any damage, missing, or incorrect item(s) upon receiving your delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep all the contents of the package in place and take photos of the damaged parcel in order to file a claim.
