Thanksgiving 2025:
β’ If your order was placed on or before Monday, Nov 17th, you will receive it by Wednesday 11/26.
β’ If you paid for 2-Day shipping: As long as your order was placed on or before Tuesday, Nov 18th, you will receive it by Wednesday 11/26.
Christmas 2025 order cut-off dates:
In order to receive in time for Christmas please order by these dates:
- For personalized items like charcuterie boards & glassware orders placed by Dec 11th, will arrive in time for Christmas.
- For non-personalized items like plates, napkins, picks, and cutlery, orders placed by Dec 17th will arrive in time for Christmas.
US Shipping (Contiguous 48 states)
- For a limited time, we are offering FREE standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders!Β
- Please allow 5-7 business days of processing time for items to ship.
- For personalized/engraved items, please allow 5-10 days business days for items to ship.Β
- Note:Β UPS 2 Day is delivered within 2 business days once shipped. Weekends do not count as shipping or delivery days. Excludes Hawaii & Alaska
- PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER DELAYS (for example Weather, or anything beyond our control)Β
- Changes to your shipping address after checkout are not guaranteed. Especially during peak holiday times, your message may not be seen before your order enters the shipping system. Weβll do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot promise updates can be made. Once you receive your tracking number, you can use UPS My Choice to redirect your package to another address, a UPS Access Point, or a nearby pickup location.

Return Policy
Non-Personalized Items:
We gladly accept returns for any non-personalized product ordered on sophistiplate.com within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Before you ship the return back to us, please note the following:
- Item(s) must be returned in unopened, unused condition in their original packaging. Please include the order number.Β
- Make sure to ship the contents in a sturdy box (not a padded mailer or paper envelope)Β , as damaged returns cannot be accepted.Β
- Please useΒ a shipping service that offers tracking numbers.
- Once shipped, please email us your tracking number, shipment details, and order number to info@sophistiplate.comΒ
- You may ship the returned item(s) to us at:

- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after the merchandise is received.Β
- Items on clearance or promotion at time of purchase are not returnable. If these items are returned to Sophistiplate we will not be able to provide a refund.
- Personalized items are not eligible for returns - see more detail in our Personalized Items return policy belowΒ

Personalized Items:
Because each personalized item is custom made to order perΒ unique specifications, we cannot accept returns for these items.Β Β However, if your personalized item arrivesΒ incorrect,Β damaged, or defective, please notify us by email (info@sophistiplate.com) of the issue and include an image of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we will send a pre-paidΒ return label and replace it at no cost.Β Β In some cases, we can accept a photo of the issue rather than requiring a return.

Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Item
