I really love these napkins and they are nice quality. 2 things that could make it even better: 1. Not have different sayings on both sides as there were several I wanted but I only liked one side so did not order, 2. more communication about where in the process your order is - I got an email confirmation and then nothing for like 2 weeks - I reached out because I wasn’t convinced my Order went through

These were purchased in good time for a specific event on Feburary 2. The estimated delivery was January 27-29. Only on February 1st, did I get a message saying they would arrive February 3rd.

Although my table was beautiful with your plates they were not sufficient to put my brunch food on them. Much too flimsy for the buffet brunch especially for eggs.
I wish you would make more sturdier dishware. The silverware was very good and even washed them in the dishwasher.
This nice white charger makes everything look very upscale. It’s great to have something that looks so nice but requires no dishwashing!

Lovely lemon tray and platter I purchase are very hardy and beautiful! I made a salad and placed it on the platter and I received so many compliments.

Their company substituted the ONLY dinner plates in the big cute reindeer pack I ordered , with more different patterned salad bowls/plates - without notifying me first ti see if I wanted to change my
order. I have NO reindeer dinner
plates - the only reason I ordered the pack. I’m fighting a huge medical battle and didn’t want to do dishes. Really poor choice , not to notify me. Please contact me .
