Will I receive by order by Christmas 2025?
- For non-personalized items like table settings, plates, napkins, and beverageware, orders placed with Free Ground Shipping or Priority Processing by Dec 17th will arrive in time for Christmas. Orders placed after Dec 17th with ground shipping or priority processing are not guaranteed by Christmas.
  - Orders placed with 2-Day Shipping by Dec 18th will arrive in time for Christmas. Orders placed after Dec 18th with 2-Day shipping, are not guaranteed by Christmas.
- For personalized engraved boards & glassware: Orders placed by Dec 7th, will arrive in time for Christmas. Any orders for personalized items placed after Dec 7th, regardless of shipping method/speed purchased, will not arrive by Christmas.

When will I get my order?
- Non-Personalized Items
  - Orders for non-personalized items will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow 4-7 business days for standard ground shipping. Expedited shipment options available at checkout. Please note expedited shipments will still need 2-5 business days before they ship
- Personalized Items
  - Orders for personalized items will be processed within 5-10 business days. All personalized items ship via standard ground shipping so please allow 4-7 business day transit time. Expedited shipping options not available for personalized items at this time.
Can I change, cancel, or add to my order?
- We try to process our orders as soon as we receive them, so changes and cancellations are not always possible. Please send us an email at info@sophistiplate.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request but changes are not guaranteed.
Can I change my shipping address after checkout?
- Changes to your shipping address after checkout are not guaranteed. Especially during peak holiday times, your message may not be seen before your order enters the shipping system. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot promise updates can be made. Once you receive your tracking number, you can use UPS My Choice to redirect your package to another address, a UPS Access Point, or a nearby pickup location.
How much is shipping?
- We are offering limited free shipping on all orders! Expedited shipping rates available for non-personalized items only and rates are calculated at checkout.
Where are your products made?
- We are a US based company so all of our products ship from our warehouse in Georgia and all of our personalized products are engraved here as well!
- Our wood products come from North America, China, or India.
- Our paper and plastic products are made in China, India, or Taiwan.

Are the plates recyclable?
- Unfortunately because of the coating (which makes the plates food safe, gives them added durability & heat resistance, as well as that beautiful sheen), we cannot market them as recyclable
Are the plates durable?
- Our plates are all 350-400g, standard weight for designer paper plates
- The plates have a coating on them that gives them added durability and heat resistance
Are the plates microwavable?
- No, our plates are not microwavable. You will not find truly microwavable plates that are this elegant!
I bought products on your website, but then saw they had gone on sale. Will you do a price match?
- If you have purchased an item or items but find they have gone on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, please email customer service at info@sophistiplate.com and provide your order number, the items at their sale price and request a refund for the difference. We will be happy to refund you the difference. Unfortunately, if it is passed the 7 days the sale price will not be honored. This does not include Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales.
Do you offer a price match of Sophistiplate products with other companies?
- Sophistiplate does not offer price matching from 3rd party websites or businesses.
