I have no product to review and am so disappointed in the company's customer service. The processing time on the website "Please allow 5-7 business days of processing time for items to ship." is just not true in my experience, I am now at 10 business days and only just received a notification a shipping label has been created. I completely understand it's a busy time but several inquiries I sent this week about the status have gone unanswered and that's the most discouraging part. All this to say, the company has very effective marketing, but I'm so disappointed in the customer service. I won't be able to use my order at my event.
