What am I getting exactly in each set?
This varies per set! To see what pieces come in each set click a collection you like and it will show you.
Most sets come with:
- 8 Dinner Plates
- 8 Salad Plates
- 8 Appetizer Bowls
- 16-20 Cocktail Napkins
- 16-20 Guest Towels
- Full Set of Cutlery
But some sets also have a Lunch Napkin or a special Die Cut plate or napkin so make sure to see what is shown in the collection.
Are the plates sturdy?
Yes, Sophistiplate was born around the Thanksgiving Table and we use them ourselves at our holiday dinners. These can stand up to your turkey & gravy! But don't take our word for it check out our reviews!
Are the plates microwavable?
No, our plates are not microwavable. You will not find truly microwavable plates that are this elegant.
Are they Eco-Friendly?
Our best selling compostable bamboo plates are eco-freiendly!
Our plastic cutlery is resuable and top rack dishwasher safe.
Our paper plates are not recyclable due to their coating (which ads durability and makes them food-safe).
Do you Ship Internationally?
We currently ship to US and Canada.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed before 10am PST will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day. Please allow 4-7 business days for standard ground shipping.
Expedited shipment options available at checkout. Please note expedited shipments will still need 1-3 business days before they ship
I bought products on your website, but then saw they had gone on sale. Will you do a price match?
If you have purchased an item or items but find they have gone on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, please email customer service at info@sophistiplate.com and provide your order number, the items at their sale price and request a refund for the difference.
We will be happy to refund you the difference. Unfortunately, if it is passed the 7 days the sale price will not be honored. This does not include Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns for any non-personalized product ordered on sophistiplate.com within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Before you ship the return back to us, please note the following:
Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. Please include the order number.
Make sure to ship the contents in a sturdy box (not a padded mailer or paper envelope) , as damaged returns cannot be accepted.
Please use a shipping service that offers tracking numbers.
Once shipped, please email us your tracking number, shipment details, and order number to info@sophistiplate.com

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed after the merchandise is received.
Items on clearance or promotion at time of purchase are not returnable. If these items are returned to Sophistiplate we will not be able to provide a refund.
