Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the US and Canada at this time.
When will I get my order?

Non-Personalized Items
- Orders for non-personalized items placed before 10am PST will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day. Please allow 4-7 business days for standard ground shipping. Expedited shipment options available at checkout. Please note expedited shipments will still need 2-4 business days before they ship

Personalized Items
- Orders for personalized items will be processed within 7-10 business days. All personalized items ship via standard ground shipping so please allow 4-7 business day transit time. Expedited shipping options not available for personalized items at this time.
Can I change, cancel, or add to my order?
We try to process our orders as soon as we receive them, so changes and cancellations are not always possible. Please send us an email at info@sophistiplate.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
How much is shipping?
Standard ground shipping is always free for orders above $75 and for $10 flat rate under $75. Expedited shipping rates available for non-personalized items only and rates are calculated at checkout.
Where are your products made?
- Our personalized products are made right here in the USA from North American materials.
- Our non-personalized products are made in China
Are the plates recyclable?
Our plates are made out of recycled paper where available, however, because of the coating (which makes the plates food safe, gives them added durability & heat resistance, as well as that beautiful sheen) only SOME recycling plants will not take the plates. Most will, but because some won’t, we cannot market them as recyclable
Are the plates microwavable?
No, no paper plate is, unless specifically advertised as such. Again, you will not find truly microwavable plates that are this elegant
